My friends and I have never heard from this city before. A friend from us has been there because it's known for its good waves to surf. He raved about Biarritz a lot, that's why we decided to go there too. 

So we boarded the train in Paris and were on our way to this city, which should be so incredible. It took us half of day to arrive there. We spent our time on many trains and trainstations a lot (we had to stop in many other cities like "toulouse" to change the train because in summer there is nearly no other way to get to the south of France). 

When we arrived, we knew immediately it was the right choice. We were so excited when we were on the bus which brought us to our hotel. I remember like it was yesterday. For sure, we loved Paris but it's incomparable with Biarritz because in Biarritz you can relax with its ocean and cliffs. The houses were all unbelievable beautiful! We wondered if there would be a law that says that there are no ugly houses allowed, because we really couldn't believe that wherever you looked, everything was amazing! Besides there are so many young people and they seemed all so happy and carefree!
In the morning I often went with a friend of mine to a cliff to sit there and talk. It was definetely one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever made in my life. I couldn't believe at all, how gorgeous the sight was and when you laid there, the sun kissed your skin and the wind blows trough your hairs.. you just loved your life! And those sexy surfers are for sure a reaaally good reason to drive to Biarritz once again!

Meine Freunde und ich haben noch nie von dieser Stadt gehört. Ein Freund von uns war einmal dort, weil es für ihre guten Wellen zum Surfen bekannt ist. Er schwärmte sehr viel über Biarritz, deshalb entschieden wir uns auch dorthin zu fahren.
Wir bestiegen den Zug in Paris und waren auf dem Weg zu dieser Stadt, die so unglaublich sein soll. Es kostete uns einen halben Tag dort anzukommen. Wir verbrachten unsere Zeit auf vielen Zügen und Zugstationen (wir mussten in so vielen anderen Städten wie "Toulouse" anhalten, weil es im Sommer kaum einen anderen Weg gibt in den Süden Frankreichs zu kommen)
Als wir ankamen, wussten wir sofort, es war die richtige Entscheidung. Wir waren so aufgeregt, als wir im Bus waren, das uns zum Hotel brachte. Ich erinnere mich, als wäre es gestern gewesen. Natürlich, wir liebten Paris aber es ist nicht mit Biarritz zu vergleichen, weil man sich in Biarritz entspannen kann mit dessen Meer und Klippen. Die Häuser waren alle unglaublich schön! Wir wunderten uns, ob es ein Gesetz geben würde, dass besagt, dass dort keine hässlichen Häuser erlaubt wären, weil wir es nicht glauben konnten, wohin man auch schaute, alles war wunderbar! Außerdem gibt es dort so viele junge Menschen and du schienen alle so glücklich und sorglos zu sein!
In der früh ging ich oft mit einer Freundin von mir zu einer Klippe, um dort zu sitzen und zu reden. Es war definitiv einer der schönsten Erlebnisse, die ich je im Leben gemacht habe. Ich konnte es nicht fassen, wie wunderschön die Sicht war und wenn man sich hinlegte und die Sonne einem die Haut küsste und der Wind einem durch das Haar blies.. liebte man einfach das Leben!
Und diese sexy Surfers sind sicherlich ein wiiiirklich guter Grund noch einmal nach Biarritz zu fahren!

Songs connect people together. I love to have songs, which remind me of certain persons. When I hear "Hazy" from Rosi Golan I always think of my best friend of the world - Michela, my bella! I always wonder, how a song could pull out all the old memories. When I'm sitting somewhere and I hear a song like this, I'm feeling like I would be in a soap-bubble and go quickly through all the unforgetable memories.

Lieder verbinden Menschen. Ich liebe es Lieder zu haben, die mich an bestimmte Menschen erinnern. Wenn ich "Hazy" von Rosi Golan höre, denke ich immer an meine beste Freundin von der ganzen Welt - Michaela, meine Bella! Ich wundere mich immer, wie ein Lied alte Erinnerungen heraufbeschwören kann. Wenn ich irgendwo sitze und ein Lied wie dieses höre, fühle ich so, als würde ich in einer Seifenblase sitzen und im Schnelldurchlauf alle unvergesslichen Erinnerungen durchgehen.

Ich höre gerade das Lied und trinke Tee, bis bald <3

Paris, la ville d'amour

My friends and I spent a lot of money on eating delicious baguettes and crepes. We also tried some macarons but we had to recognise that they are quite expensive, that's why it was not just our first time but also our last. 

To walk down the Champs Elysee was like a dream. The whole time I couldn't believe that I would be in Paris .. in Paris with my beloved friends! I often felt like the happiest person on earth when we laid on the grass of "l'Île de la Cité", climbed "La Tour Eiffel", visited the museum "Louvre",.. 

The place we visited most was "Montmartre". It was so stunning to sit there and watch all over Paris. The people around us were happy, played music and we all enjoyed our time <3

Meine Freunde und ich haben viel Geld für die köstlichen Baguettes und Crepes ausgegeben. Wir probierten auch ein paar Macarons, aber wir mussten festellen, dass die ziemlich teuer sind, deshalb war es nicht nur unser erstes sondern auch unser letztes Mal. 
Der Champs Elysee entlang zu spazieren war wie ein Traum. Die ganze Zeit konnte ich es nicht fassen in Paris zu sein .. in Paris mit meinen geliebten Freunden! Ich fühlte mich oft wie die glücklichste Person auf Erden, als wir auf dem Gras der "l'Île de la Cité" lagen, den "Tour Eiffel" bestiegen, das Musem "Louvre" besuchten..
Den Ort, den wir am meisten besuchten war "Montmartre". Es war umwerfend dort zu sitzen und über ganz Paris zu schauen. Die Menschen um uns waren glücklich, spielten Musik und genossen die Zeit <3

France, je t'aime

There are some countries, which I definetely want to see once in my life - one of them was France. 

Over the years Michaela and I talked a lot about travelling and we always had France and London in sight. After we finished school, my friends and I decided to make an interrail. The best way to see a lot with a small budget. We chose France <3
.. and the cherry on the cake was that Michaela and I even had the ultimate chance to babysit at the Côte d'azur.

Es gibt ein paar Länder, die ich definitiv einmal in meinem Leben sehen möchte - eines davon war Frankreich.
Über die Jahre redeten Michaela und ich viel über das Reisen und wir hatten immer Frankreich und London in Sicht.
Nachdem wir die Schule beendet haben, entschieden meine Freunde und ich uns dazu Interrail zu machen. Der beste Weg mit wenig Geld viel zu sehen. Wir wählten Frankreich aus <3

Mit meinen geliebten Freunden nach Frankreich zu reisen, war sicherlich ein Erlebnis, das ich nie vergessen werde! Es war unsere erste gemeinsame Reise und wir hatten viel Spaß! My one and only love ..

.. is Food! Do you know the feeling when you eat, eat, eat,.. your stomach grows, grows, grows.. and you finally get the feeling that you are full? You are sure that there is no corner, where you can place some food any more? Oh, I know this feeling so well! So well, like people who are in love know exactly the feeling of having lots of butterflies in their stomach. I mean, I personally like to have food in my stomach more than having the feeling of some flying animals..
But the funniest is, when there is someone coming with a delicious dessert.. the full-feeling is immediately gone like it has never been there! No joke, I could eat the whole time. Don't ask me why! My friends are always amazed how much I can eat on a day. But I loooove it, even if I would like to stop it because as student I don't have so much money to spend the whole budget on food - but.. I can't! It's my passion!! Haha, I am now recognising that I am writing like a junkie who talks about his drug.
But tell me, do you know this feeling? Or am I alone with food addiction?

.. ist Essen! Kennst du das Gefühlen, wenn du isst, isst, isst,.. dein Bauch wächst, wächst, wächst.. und du endlich das Gefühl bekommst, dass du voll bist? Du bist dir sicher, dass es keine Ecke mehr gibt, wo du noch Platz für Essen hättest? Oh, ich kenn das Gefühl so gut! So gut, wie verliebte Menschen das Gefühl kennen Schmetterlinge in ihrem Bauch zu haben. Ich mein, ich persönlich mag es lieber Essen in meinem Bauch als ein paar fliegende Tiere..
Das Lustigste ist aber, wenn da jemand ist, der mit einem köstlichen Dessert kommt.. das Vollegefühl ist sofort verschwunden, als wäre es nie da gewesen! Kein Scherz, ich esse ständig. Frag mich nicht warum! Meine Freunde sind immer überrascht, wie viel ich an einem Tag essen kann. Aber ich lieeeebe es, auch wenn ich wollen würd damit aufzuhören, weil als Student kann man es sich nicht leisten das ganze Budget fürs Essen auszugeben - aber .. ich kann nicht! Es ist meine Leidenschaft!! Haha, I erkenne gerade, dass ich so schreibe, als wäre ich ein Junkie, der über seine Droge redet.
Aber erzähl mir, kennst du das Gefühl auch? Oder bin ich alleine mit meiner Essenssucht?

I mean who can say "no" to this plate of consumption?! Ok maybe someone who has a allergy of seafood .. but then I can't think of anyone who would dare it to say "no" haha.

Ich mein, wer kann zu dieser Platte des Genusses "nein" sagen?! Ok vielleicht jemand, der eine Meeresfrüchteallergie hat .. aber dann kann ich wirklich nicht an jemanden denken, der es wagen würde zu dieser "nein" zu sagen haha.

I'm an anxious mother, that's why I didn't dare to "play" with my new kid, so I had to buy a cover first. But it wasn't an easy decision. Do you know the feeling when there aren't many possibilities and you think "how wonderful it would be, if there would be more alternatives!" Well, I had too many: I am also going to use it at the university, that's why I also needed a keyboard. This fact made the decision even more difficult because there are some which include keyboards, some, from which you could take the keyboards off, cases, which are only cases. Do you want to cover both sides or just one sight?!

In the end, I decided to buy a cover, that protects both sides and I bought an extra keyboard. It costs more but I thought, I wouldn't need the keyboard that often and a cover, which is made to carry both would look awkward without a keyboard because of the hole.

So, I am happy to show you my new arrangements:

If you are looking for a keyboard, I've read and researched a lot and I can suggest you two:

Mine from Hama and one from Logitech, which has also a holder. I decided to buy the cheaper one because I didn't need a holder. Both are able to copy, paste and have all the functions of a normal keyboard.
